COLLECTIONS - Convocation Multimedia Cards
The Convocation Multimedia cards are to be collected during the collection of robes. Please make sure you bring the cards with you on the actual convocation day. Failure to do so will cause your name NOT to appear on the screen when you take your scroll on the stage.
You are requested to verify the Convocation Multimedia card upon receipt. The University will not be responsible for any problems that may arise if you fail to do the verification. The ITD Multimedia Counter at Main Hall, CAC will be opened as follows : 25th - 26th September 2010 and 29th September - 1st October 2010.
Graduands who lost or forgot to bring their convocation cards to the convocation will be FINED. If any Convocation card found, please return to the ITD Multimedia Counter at CAC or ITD ServiceDesk. Cards that are found will be announced in the Lost and Found section, and graduands have to bring proof that the card belongs to them.
