COLLECTIONS - Collection of Photographs

Each student will be given a photograph slip during the Convocation Ceremony, right after they take their scroll on stage. Please bring the photograph slip to collect and pay for your photographs.

The photographs can be collected as follows:

Date : 11th October 2009 – 18th October 2009
Time : 9.00 a.m - 4.00 p.m
Venue : Counter outside the Robbing Room (Room 1-012)
Level 1, Education Building
IIUM Gombak Campus
(Below the Kyros Kebab Kiosk)


Notes:

  1. If you fail to produce your photograph slip, you may not be able to collect your photographs.
  2. Please do not exchange your photograph slip with your friends as the slip has a serial number which corresponds to your photograph.


ORDERS AND COLLECTIONS OF CONVOCATION DVDs

There will be a counter next to the Convocation Multimedia Counter for you to place your orders for the Convocation DVDs from3rd to 4th October 2009 and from 7th to 9th October 2009. The DVDs are priced at RM20 per piece. The DVDs can be collected as follows:

Time : 9.00 a.m - 4.00 p.m
Venue : Counter outside the Robbing Room (Room 1-012)

IIUM Gombak Campus

Date : 13th October 2009 until 18th October 2009
Time : 9.00 a.m - 4.00 p.m
Venue : Cultural Activity Centre (CAC), IIUM Gombak Campus


Notes:

  1. Please retain your receipt when you place your orders.
  2. After 18th October 2009, you can still order and collect the DVDs at the Centre for Professional Development (CPD). Please call Sr. Fathiah Saarani at 03-61964059 or 03-61964058 or e-mail her at fathiah@iiu.edu.my


AWARD WINNERS PHOTOGRAPHY SESSION

For University Level & Kulliyyah Level Awards ONLY

All award winners are required to have their photographs taken for the multimedia presentation during the convocation. All award winners are to report to the Centre for Professional Development (CPD), located at level 2, Education Building (just above the Education cafeteria) to have your photographs taken.

The award winners' photography session is scheduled as below:

Date : 3rd October 2009 until 9th October 2009
Time : 9.00 a.m - 4.00 p.m
Venue : Centre for Professional Development (CPD)

Kindly bring along your robes for the photography session.
